Embodied collage: Move, feel, create.

The creative process is a beautiful channel for the subconscious to speak and a playground for insight into your inner landscape. What is alive in you right now?

Embodied Collage is a 2-hour gathering where we first listen to the body and then let it speak through images, colour and texture.

We begin with gentle movement and body practices to arrive, soften and reconnect with sensation. From that embodied place we move into collage-making, gathering whatever calls to us and letting it find its place.

No art or movement experience needed. Come as you are with comfortable clothes. Creating and moving are basic human skills.

All materials provided.

(EN) Discover the joy of creation and spend a beautiful evening in a relaxing, artistic, and supportive environment. You’ll learn different stitches and create a vibrant floral or botanical pattern, ready to hang on the wall. This makes for perfect handmade home decor or a thoughtful gift for loved ones. 

The course includes all basic materials (hoops, threads, needles), sketches to choose from, tea, and nice music. No supplies are required unless you prefer to embroider on your clothes, such as a T-shirt. Beginner-friendly, no experience needed. Bring your good mood and let’s create together!

The event is hosted by professional artist and designer Julia Ost. The class will be held in English, with support available in German and Russian.

(DE) Entdecke die Freude am Sticken! Du lernst verschiedene Stiche und gestaltest damit ein lebendiges botanisches Muster, das du dann an deine Wand hängen kannst - die perfekte handgemachte Dekoration für dein Zuhause oder ein durchdachtes Geschenk für deine Liebsten. 

Der Kurs umfasst alle grundlegenden Materialien (Rahmen, Fäden, Nadeln), Vorlagen zur Auswahl, Tee und schöne Musik. Es sind keine Materialien erforderlich, außer du möchtest auf deiner Kleidung sticken, zum Beispiel auf einem T-Shirt.

Für Anfänger geeignet, keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Bring gute Laune mit und lass uns gemeinsam kreativ werden! 

Der Workshop wird von der professionellen Künstlerin und Designerin Julia Ost veranstaltet. Der Kurs findet auf Englisch statt, mit Unterstützung auf Deutsch und Russisch.

(EN Discover the joy of creation and spend time painting colorful compositions and bold shapes on a fabric bag in a relaxing and supportive environment.

You’ll learn the basics of color theory, composition, contrast, and nuances of working with wearable items. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll apply this knowledge and take home your personalized fabric bag. 

The workshop includes all materials (a basic fabric bag, acrylic fabric paints, sponges, brushes, etc.), photo references to choose from, big and small templates for printing if you prefer to print instead of painting, and tea. If you would like to paint on your clothes instead (such as a T-shirt/Shirt, light-colored cotton is recommended), please feel free to bring them with you. Beginner-friendly, no experience needed. Bring your good mood and let’s create together!

(DE) Entdecke die Freude am Schaffen und verbringe Zeit damit, bunte Kompositionen und mutige Formen auf einer Stofftasche in einer entspannten und unterstützenden Umgebung zu malen. Du lernst die Grundlagen der Farbtheorie, der Komposition, des Kontrasts und der Nuancen des Arbeitens mit tragbaren Gegenständen. Mit der Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung wendest du dieses Wissen an und nimmst deine personalisierte Stofftasche mit nach Hause. Der Workshop umfasst alle Materialien (eine einfache Stofftasche, Acrylstofffarben, Schwämme, Pinsel usw.), Fotoreferenzen zur Auswahl, große und kleine Schablonen zum Drucken (falls du lieber drucken als malen möchtest) sowie Tee. Wenn du stattdessen auf deine Kleidung malen möchtest (z. B. auf einem T-Shirt/Hemd; helles Baumwollmaterial wird empfohlen), kannst du es gerne mitbringen.

(EN) Create your personal bracelet or choker in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere!



With step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn the basics of beadwork, one or two design patterns, key techniques, and the nuances of starting and finishing the wearable piece of art. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own handmade, ready-to-wear jewellery.  

The course includes all basic materials (a variety of beads, threads, metal clasps etc), schemes, and tea. No supplies are required. Beginner-friendly, no experience needed. Bring your good mood and let’s create together

Mit Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung lernst du die Grundlagen der Perlenarbeit, ein oder zwei Designmuster, wichtige Techniken und die Feinheiten beim Anfertigen und Beenden deines tragbaren Kunstwerks. Am Ende des Workshops nimmst du dein eigenes handgemachtes, tragbares Schmuckstück mit nach Hause.

Der Kurs umfasst alle Grundmaterialien (verschiedene Perlen, Fäden, Metallverschlüsse usw.), Vorlagen und Tee. Es sind keine eigenen Materialien erforderlich. Für Anfänger geeignet, keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig. Bring gute Laune mit und lass uns gemeinsam kreativ werden!
